Jennifer Garner was originally born in Houston Texas on 17 April in 1972. Her family was however raised in Charleston West Virginia. William John Garner is her father. He worked as chemical engineer for Union Carbide. Patricia Ann Garner, the mother of Patricia Ann, taught at the local college. Following in the footsteps of her father she completed an engineering degree in chemical science. To fulfill her ambition to be an actor and pursue her acting career, she decided to relocate in New York and try her attempt at acting in Hollywood. Garner is an ambassador for the Early Steps to School Success Program, where she coaches parents on how to best help their children to learn.
