Cheney said Cheney is eager to work alongside a president who will be a team player with individuals of differing political opinions and who share the same objectives. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th of January, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old Richard and his family moved across Nebraska, eventually moving to Casper which was where his dad worked as Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservation district.
